Description
This vinaigrette is a back-pocket recipe, a quick and easy dressing that’s way better than store bought.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 1 tsp Honey (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a small bowl. Whisk together until smooth.
- Alternatively, place all ingredients into a mason jar. Place the lid on the jar and seal tightly. Shake the vinaigrette until thoroughly mixed.
- Use on salads, as a marinade for proteins, or to dip veggies!
