- 1/2 Small Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Dill, minced
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Gently mix together with a wooden spoon.
- Taste and adjust seasonings to your preference. Enjoy!
