Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the 1 cup pancake mix, egg and milk. Whisk together.
- Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
- Spray with nonstick spray. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the pan so that you have 6 pancakes.
- Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles begin to form on top of the pancakes.
- Flip the pancakes and allow to cook for another minute.
- Top with your favorite pancake toppings, fruit, maple syrup, peanut butter, and enjoy!
