Can this be used in muffin recipes that call for Kodiak powercake mix?
Hi Debbie! I believe this would work great! I have not tried in a muffin recipe but have used this mix for a breakfast berry mug cake. Enjoy!
This recipe is easy, convenient, and so delicious. I’ve made this countless times now and love it every time! My kids devour these, so I love keeping this mix ready to go in the pantry. Oh, and I even grabbed the food processor you have linked above and love it. Thanks!
