Amy Lawson MS, RD, LDN, Owner
Amy Lawson is a registered dietitian and military spouse with a passion for all things nutrition, food, and cooking. Known for her non-diet, food-freedom approach, she helps clients skip the fad diets and embrace a balanced relationship with food. Amy holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Dietetics and Human Nutrition from Kansas State University and has completed her master’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Central Arkansas.
Before following her heart into nutrition, Amy earned a bachelor’s in advertising and marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology, interned at Elle Magazine, and spent years as an advertising account manager. Now, she brings that creative flair into the world of dietetics.
Amy has lived in Italy and Germany, taken cooking classes in Paris, and loves adding international inspiration to her meals. She currently resides in Colorado Springs, CO, where she and her husband keep up with their three energetic boys and a spirited chocolate lab, who keep her life full of joy and adventure.
Samantha Blandford PharmD, Consulting Pharmacist, Social Media Coordinator
Samantha is a community pharmacist with over 10 years pharmacy experience. She graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in 2014 with a Doctorate in Pharmacy. Samantha currently works as a retail pharmacist serving the local community. Her tenure in pharmacy includes Pharmacist in charge of a Long-Term Care pharmacy in Jacksonville, FL as well as work in multiple retail pharmacies.
Samantha is a military spouse who lives in central KY and keeps busy with her two young girls. She believes lifestyle changes work in conjunction with medication management. She is a fitness enthusiast with a passion for baking, exemplifying the eat well, be well, thrive motto!
