- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 Tbsp Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Into a mason jar add the soy milk, Greek Yogurt, maple syrup and peanut butter. Give the mixture a thorough mix with a whisk or fork.
- Then add the cocoa powder, hemp hearts, oats and finally the chocolate chips and stir to fully combine.
- Pop a lid onto the jar and place it into the refrigerator overnight.
- The next morning, unscrew the top and dig in! Enjoy!
